The project

Commissioned by Arlanet, the online experience of Ahrend is being optimized. Premium UX/UI design and an elevated visual hierarchy create a user-friendly and consistent digital experience that strengthens both brand identity and conversion.

Background

In close collaboration with Arlanet, we have established a long-term partnership aimed at improving the brand’s online visibility and strengthening its digital presence. This continuous journey is built on phased optimisation, allowing us to refine and expand solutions step by step, ensuring measurable impact and sustainable growth.

My role covered the full UX and UI design process — from conducting workshops to define goals and user needs, to creating wireframes, developing visual design concepts, and delivering interactive prototypes. This approach ensured alignment between stakeholders and provided a clear framework for development.

The work spans both the commercial website and a range of B2B tools, where functionality and brand experience needed to be seamlessly connected. By iterating closely with Arlanet’s teams, we optimised user flows, enhanced usability, and created a consistent visual language that supports both customer-facing and internal tools.

Results

The result is a more consistent digital presence that aligns seamlessly with Ahrend’s brand values and audience expectations. The improved design and user experience not only enhance brand perception but also make it easier to serve existing relationships more effectively, providing them with the tools and information they need in a clear and engaging way.
