Crafting a bold new identity
Following a series of strategic sessions, in close collaboration with strategists from Netvlies, it became clear that the existing brand identity no longer aligned with the company’s aspirations. It was time for a fresh, innovative approach. As the digital designer, I was tasked with developing the new brand identity, including the design of the logo.
The brand identity was optimized for both offline and online use, ensuring that the visual language seamlessly came together across all touchpoints. The new logo reinforces the name ‘Spark,’ symbolizing the spark that ignites interest in learning and development. It’s a powerful and inviting symbol that immediately captures attention.
The color palette was carefully selected: blue represents trust and professionalism, while the soft pink highlights the human aspect of the brand. The typography is geometric, with a subtle visual link to classic schoolbook letters, giving the brand a timeless yet contemporary feel. The design language is inspired by the energy that comes from a spark—dynamic, vibrant, and full of potential.
